WESTMILL WINDFARM, Watchfield, Oxfordshire.
An abridged diary of everyday windfarm folks, and... the WOW factor!
A wind farm in Oxfordshire ???
Yes indeed! If we are serious about cutting CO2 emissions and reducing the threat of climate change, then we'll definitely need wind turbines in Oxfordshire (and throughout the UK), along with decent house insulation, solar heated hot water, alternative fuel transport, and a myriad of other energy efficient changes to our current lifestyle will be as common place as... electricity pylons, uninsulated houses, inefficient boilers, petrol guzzling cars, etc. etc.
If we're going to start to combat climate change, it will only be possible
by making changes to our current energy rich culture, and for most of
us change is never easy when you're feeling pretty comfortable...
