yes2wind Facebook Green Champions Scheme announced

yes2 wind (y2w) has announced details of its Green Champions Scheme.

In preparation for the 'main' Green Champions Award scheme, which is designed to recognise 'everyday' contributions to promoting renewable energy from otherwise unsung members of the public, yes2wind has launched a Facebook-based award scheme which it hopes - as much as anything else - will provide a sense of purpose and 'fun' to getting involved with the promotion of onshore wind energy.

It's primary aim is to encourage online debate and resource sharing through Facebook, especially in connection with onshore wind energy. Its wider aims relate to the promotion of renewable energy in general.
